Named after their original owners, our 9 stylish holiday cottages in Brittany form a quiet little hamlet in the countryside, just 10 minutes' drive from the wild coastline and pretty seaside resorts of the Côtes d'Armor like Paimpol, St-Malo or Dinard, offering travellers an authentic and varied stay, full of biodiversity. Fully-equipped and each with its own private garden, our french country homes bear witness to the past, day after day, with tenderness, taste and simplicity.
They can be rented for a week or more, with or without breakfast. The cottages are well equipped and comfortable as well as being elegantly chic and stylish. These charming cottages have plenty of personality and an inviting warmth that makes you feel instantly at home...

During your stay at the Prairie, make the most of the large garden and its communal areas: the spacious sunny terrace, the glasshouse and kitchen garden where you'll find tasty vegetables, the children's play area, the wooden castle and sandpit for the little ones, sauna for adults... There's so much to enjoy before or after an afternoon at the beach, a seaside excursion or a visit to a place steeped in history. In the village near your french holiday cottage, you'll find all the amenities you need for everyday life: local shops, a Monday morning market, restaurants and cafés, leisure activities for youngsters, as well as a cultural and tourist centre on the banks of a lake where you can enjoy a pleasant stroll.
For holiday with the children or as a couple in Brittany
Each cottage is different, from a cosy romantic den to a spacious converted barn for a family. Call it a B&B or a self-catering cottage for a week or more, with or without breakfast, we adapt to the needs and wishes of our guests. Summer is for longer stays and off season, short stays subject to availability. You can have champagne on arrival, breakfast delivered to your cottage in the morning. Above all you don't need to bring anything, all the tea towels and bathroom towels are ready for you in your holiday rental and the beds are made up. We have a huge amount of tourist information and documentation available. There is no cleaning to be done at the end of your stay, we look after that too. It's a real holiday, all you have to do is book!

Practical Information
- Initial deposit of 100%. If your stay is 2 weeks or more, it is possible to pay in two installments. Please make your request by email.
- Optional end of stay cleaning fee.
- Tourist tax of 0,77 €/adult/day.
- Arrival time between 5pm and 7pm.
- Fluent English spoken so Liz can help you with any questions, make bookings for you at restaurants, activities, translate for you or print travel or work documents etc...
