Nestled in the countryside, an hour’s drive west of Saint-Malo and just 15 minutes from beaches with seawater swimming pools, it offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing break with family or friends... So lovely !

Inside the gîte, terracotta, stone and wood create a soothing atmosphere across two floors. Outside, the red-brick façade and its workshop-style glass window open onto a large private garden perfect for spending quality time together in the open air or simply enjoying a relaxing view of the countryside... Holiday in the Prairie are all about slowing down the pace.

Three spacious and comfortable bedrooms

Exposed stonework, shades of beige and soft textures characterise each of the house’s 3 spacious bedrooms. Upon your arrival, all the beds are made up with linen sheets to ensure you enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep after a long trip.

On the ground floor, a first double bedroom can be seen at the end of the corridor. Fitted with a queen-size bed, it offers a direct view from its window over the vegetable garden and the old-fashioned greenhouse. Take the stairs to reach two bedrooms facing each other: a children’s bedroom and a second double bedroom. With natural wooden floors and white-painted ceilings, they both enjoy plenty of natural light.

The house’s bathroom, which features a large Italian shower, is situated on the ground floor, and there are separate toilets on every level.

Kitchen and dining area opening onto the living room

The sitting room is bathed in light thanks to the bay window. You’ll immediately feel at home here, settled into the sofas, after a hike along the GR®34 or on days when you fancy taking a break from your holiday. The painted corrugated iron wall gives a modern edge to this room, which features natural stone, exposed beams and terracotta floor tiles.

Opening onto the living room, the kitchen with its dining area, as practical as it is authentic with its rustic charm, is like a cosy haven where you can gather round the table. Fully equipped, all you’ll need to do is put down your shopping baskets on your return from the local market and let your culinary imagination run wild… You’ll see, Brittany is a treasure trove for food lovers!

A secret green space

A large table for your first al fresco lunches, a lawn for napping in the grass, or deckchairs for gazing at the stars for hours on end… as the seasons change, the garden and its terrace invite guests of all ages to fully enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle of the coast.

Nearby, the Prairie's common garden offers the chance to play table tennis, table football and other games for the little ones, as well as free access to the greenhouse and vegetable patch. During your stay, you’re welcome to help yourselves to salads, herbs and vegetables to accompany your meals.
